I liked that Lee Builders wasn’t afraid to question or challenge the work done at each step of the way – they would always ask ‘what could we have done differently?’ or ‘is there anything we could do to make it better?’ and I really liked that unique approach to pausing and making sure it was the absolute best vs. rushing to the finish line. It felt like they treated the project as if it were their own personal home and wanted to make sure it was done right. Additionally, their open communication and willingness to jump in and get their hands dirty and then take time to sit down and play animals with our 2 year old was a true testament to their dedication to hard work and strong relationships!

It was a pleasure working with Lee Builders. At our initial meeting, Lee Builders was very up front on a realistic budget, their interest in the project, and timeline. After our conversation, I was put at ease with the certainty that the final product would be nothing short of perfect. Our subsequent conversations about the budget were very clear and concise... detailed spreadsheets to be exact! Lee Builders was able to refer us to some designers they had worked with on other projects and the ball started rolling. We’ve worked with other contractors, both in our home and through our business. My husband and I were most impressed with the exactness of timeline. But also, Lee Builders attention to detail and jobsite presence. I felt assured Lee Builders was meeting contractors in the morning, introducing our dog Luna, and following up with the finished product most evenings. And can I mention the cleanliness?! Most days, especially during demolition, they would vacuum and mop the entire construction area, keeping our living space as clean as possible. In the end, Lee Builders was an absolute pleasure to work with. The communication was impeccable and the timeline and budget were on point. It is clear they take pride in their work and the contractors they hire. I will take every opportunity to refer others to Lee Builders in hopes that more families can have the great experience we had during our remodel.
