“We were so pleased with the work that Lee Builders did to our kitchen and bathroom in 2022, that we invited them back this year to tackle our attic buildout!
We couldn’t be happier with how the project turned out. We went from an uninsulated, completely unfinished storage space at best, to a luxurious office / living space that I look forward to going to every morning! The space is both useable and charming — Lee Builders did a great job bringing modern amenities to a 100 year old space full of challenging angles and slopes (and a few bat residents!).
The things that stand out the most to us are Lee Builders communication, cleanliness, and attention to detail. They put so much thought and care into every stage of the project and I loved being part of the design and process. Lee Builders becomes a part of the family and always makes a point to stop and chat with / play with our boys when he’s here. We can't wait to have them back again for the next project!”
